Cooking Method:

1. Heat 1 cup (200ml) cooking oil, add ½ tsp. crushed garlic and stir fry until light brown.
2. Add ¾ cup (200g) tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add 2 tbsp. (20g) Shan Daal Makhni Masala, stir fry and add cooked daal along with water.
4. Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.
5. Add 2 tbsp. cream & ½ cup (100g) melted butter. Stir fry and remove from heat.
6. Blend/mash cooked daal for 1-2 minutes. (Avoid to make fine paste) Serve hot
